Integration - Balance - Harmony
MAKES 3 SERVINGS:
8 cup Water
1/2 cup dried corn
1/4 tsp powdered Rock Salt
1/2 cup hulled Barley
1/2 cup millet
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder freshly ground
Bring water to a boil in large heavy soup pot. Wash the grains seperately adn add the corn to boiling water along with the salt. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour, then add barley,millet, pepper and coriander. Continue cooking for another 45 minutes, then remove from heat. Let the gruel sit undisturbed for 15 minutes before serving.
for weight reduction use as a mono-diet, follow by 1/2 cup of the Triphala-Buttermilk preparation for 7 days.
